Here is a tip that will save you time when searching for Rental Properties: Qualify the properties prior to calling the Property Management company. Arbitrarily setting appointments from advertisements (even the Internet ) is a bad idea. Drive by and check out the property and the neighborhood. If everything looks good then call for an appointment. Please, if you set an appointment and have to cancel call the leasing agent.
