New Nashville Mobile Search
(TDC) has added a new Mobile Search for the Nashville TN market. Now consumers can search the entire inventory of Real Estate listings in The Daily Classifieds website from their cell phone. The download is free from the TDC website and there is not a charge from the carriers for BlackBerry & iPhones. There are a variety of APPs available depending on your phone’s capabilities. If your phone has Internet access you should be able to search. The advanced GPS search is available on iPhones and Blackberrys. GPS search is available through Sprint & ATT -Verizon & T-Mobile will be added soon. For phones other than the iPhone& Blackberry, please verify with your carrier if they will charge for the service.
Consumer Friendly
TDC has designed this service to be Consumer Friendly including eliminating those annoying cold calls from agents. The consumer will have the option to connect with the listing agent. “We believe there is a consumer fatigue to unsolicited calls from lead generation systems embedded in other Mobile Searching Systems” says Dan Zellars of TDC. “Just let the consumer search. They will let you know if they need more information. It’s a great way to search but if you receive 15 phone calls at the end of the day it hardly makes it worth it.”
Search Features
The standard search fields include city, address, neighborhood, price, beds & baths etc. TDC was aware that a larger number of house hunters are untilizing the Mobile Search and to keep pace in the market TDC needed a Mobile application. TDC will be adding the same Mobile Search to their Knoxville TN, Huntsville AL, and Mobile AL operations. New Apps will be added for Open House Listings & Rental Properties are in the works and will be added soon. The Mobile search is a customized version of the Smarter Agent application.
