Are you old like in your 30’s and you just don’t get text messaging? Why would someone try to type a message on a 2 inch keyboard when there is this new invention call the “Telephone”? They even make portable devices called “Cell Phones”.
Well, don’t text it – Jott it.
What’s Jott? It’s the new system that allows you to send emails or text messages from your cell phone via your voice. Now your old brain is starting to work. You actually can see yourself using something like this can’t you? What’s it cost and is it hard to use? How about FREE and it’s so simple a 50 something year old guy turned me on to it. Here’s how it works: Simply go to www.Jott.com and click the “Sign up for a Free Account” button. Use your cell number. Follow the steps to create your first “Jott” contact. In this case it will be you. They will ask you to set up more “Jotts” but if you’re not prepared, hang up and wait for their confirming email. Then log into your account and set up your Jotts-Contacts (there’s a button on the right side of the page). Just fill in the Jott’s name, email, and phone number depending whether you want the message to go to email, text on the cell phone, or both. Preset the Jott phone number on your cell where it’s easy to find. You will use it a lot so don’t hide it so you have to scroll through 30 numbers while you are driving down the road.
Poof! You’re done.
